As traditional grief has it, once our loved one dies so does ever having the chance to hear their voice again. I chose to do grief differently. Nothing was going to stop me from ever hearing ADam's voice again not even death. Within a year of his passing his words were coming to me and through me as I strengthened my abilities. In the beginning I began hearing him in my thoughts. I remember so well the first time actually hearing ADam's voice and he said, "It's me Mom!" It was INDESCRIBABLE being able to hear his amazing laugh again! As I am finishing this post, Adam sent me the song, That Voice Again by Peter Gabriel. And I thank God everyday for giving me the strength, guidance and courage to do grief differently.
